Lead structural engineer for a new single-storey data centre project, approximately 22,000 m² in area. The facility comprises a structural steel-framed building including data halls, electrical and mechanical infrastructure, and ancillary spaces designed to meet demanding operational and resilience requirements.
Work includes detailed analysis and design for gravity, wind, seismic, and thermal loading, in addition to coordination of complex equipment and infrastructure loads associated with mission-critical facilities. The project is being delivered under an accelerated schedule while meeting stringent data centre-specific design criteria and multidisciplinary coordination requirements.
Responsibilities include leading and managing structural design, BIM coordination, design reviews, and contract administration throughout the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities included leading and managing all structural design, BIM, and contract administration works.
